Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Legal Information and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Casalvi CRM service, owned by Darwis Jose Araujo Herrera, with Tax ID Z0770378K (hereinafter, "the Provider").

By accessing and using our platform, you fully accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description and AI Use

Casalvi CRM is a management tool for real estate agents that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) for features such as text drafting, voice transcription, and data analysis.

3. Intellectual Property and Data

3.1. Platform Ownership

The software, design, source code, and algorithms of Casalvi CRM are the exclusive property of the Provider or its licensors.

3.2. User Data

You retain full ownership of the data you upload to the platform (e.g., property listings, client data, notes). We only act as data processors to provide you with the service. We will not sell or share your client data with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Accounts and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Use of the service is reserved exclusively for professionals and businesses (B2B).

5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations

Paid services (Pro, Business, and Agency Plans) are billed through recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual).

• Secure Payment: All payments are processed by Stripe. Casalvi CRM does not store your complete banking details.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each cycle unless you cancel it.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. **Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle**. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
• No Refunds: No full or partial refunds are issued for unused service periods, unless required by applicable law.
• Plan Changes: When upgrading to a higher plan, the charge will be adjusted immediately or in the next cycle. When downgrading to a lower plan, the change will apply at the end of the current cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Spain, the Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of the service.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the Provider's domicile, unless the law mandatorily provides otherwise.
